If we change Enterprise pricing or allowances later, Founding Partners keep these terms for the full 12 months. In exchange we ask for a logo, a short written case study, and two introductions.

You can also run a scan on demand at any time within your plan's allowance. Frequency applies to enabled searches and configured coverage, not every channel or uploaded asset. Your dashboard shows the actual active schedule, last successful checks and any delays. A pilot may run at a slower agreed frequency. Marketplace access, provider capacity and account allowances can affect completion. Ads run weekly on Professional and daily on Business and Intelligence; other channels and Enterprise coverage follow their configured schedules.
Can I check a marketplace manually?
Yes. Use Check now when you need fresh results between scheduled checks. Professional includes 20 manual checks per month, Business 100 and Intelligence 300; Enterprise allowances are explicitly configured. One distinct search query on Amazon or eBay counts as one check across your configured countries, regardless of the number of listings returned within your plan limit. Batches count per query; broader scans count per marketplace and reference-image search. Same-search cooldowns are 60, 15 and 5 minutes respectively. Scheduled monitoring uses separate capacity. Opening saved results is free.
How do fresh evidence allowances work?
Professional includes 25 fresh evidence requests per month, Business 100 and Intelligence 300; Enterprise allowances are explicitly configured. A manual capture uses one unit per listing when attributable original evidence is saved, even if a screenshot or seller detail remains missing. A failed or challenge-only capture returns its reserved unit. Scheduled captures have separate capacity. Downloading stored evidence never consumes a new unit. Manual check and evidence allowances reset on the first of each month at 00:00 UTC; a valid search with no matches uses a check, while technical failures return reserved units.
Does a successful check include complete evidence?
A discovery check and an evidence capture are separate steps. Evidence collection attempts to preserve the original listing page, screenshot and selected seller. Availability varies by marketplace, offer and access conditions. Your case shows missing or partial evidence explicitly; a successful search is not a guarantee of a complete evidence package or proof of infringement.
Does IPzest file takedowns for me?
Every plan drafts takedown-ready notices and evidence you can file yourself, including in bulk. Managed filing — our team files and follows up — starts at Business: 3 included per month, then $98 per successful removal. Intelligence includes 10 per month, then $79. Enterprise includes 100 per month, with more by arrangement. Professional is DIY: you file the drafts. You are charged, or an included allowance is used, only when the listing is removed or disabled.
When is a managed-filing fee charged?
A managed-filing fee is charged, or an included monthly allowance is used, when the listing is removed or disabled. Unresolved filings are not charged and do not consume an allowance. If we charge for a listing that stayed up, or charge twice for the same action, we refund it in full.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. There are no setup fees or cancellation fees.
