Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 20, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Loona Brands LLC, operating as IPzest ("we," "us," or "our"), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website and brand protection platform (the "Service"). This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

We set essential cookies as soon as you use the Service, because it cannot function without them. We set all other cookies only after you consent through the banner shown on your first visit. You can change or withdraw that choice at any time, as described in Section 5.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to website owners.

Cookies allow websites to recognize your device and store information about your preferences or past actions. This enables websites to remember your settings, improve your user experience, and provide personalized content.

2. Types of Cookies We Use

2.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Service to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and accessibility.

Examples:

  • Authentication and session management
  • Security and fraud prevention
  • Load balancing and performance
  • Remembering your login status

Can you disable them? No. These cookies are essential for the Service to work, and disabling them may prevent you from accessing certain features.

2.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies enhance functionality and personalization by remembering your preferences and choices.

Examples:

  • Language and region preferences
  • Theme and display settings
  • User interface customizations
  • Remembering your dashboard preferences

Can you disable them? Yes, but this may limit functionality and personalization features.

2.3 Analytics Cookies

These cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our Service by collecting and reporting information anonymously.

Examples:

  • Page views and navigation patterns
  • Time spent on pages
  • Error tracking and performance monitoring
  • Feature usage statistics

Can you disable them? Yes. You can opt out of analytics cookies through our cookie preferences or your browser settings.

2.4 Marketing Cookies

We do not currently set any marketing cookies. We run no advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking on this site.

This category appears in the preference center so that your choice is already on record if we ever introduce cookies that would fall into it — for example conversion tracking for an advertising campaign. We would update this policy before setting any.

Can you disable them? Yes. They require your consent, they are off by default, and you can withdraw consent at any time.

3. Cookie Duration

3.1 Session Cookies

These cookies are temporary and are deleted when you close your browser. They are used to maintain your session while you navigate the Service.

3.2 Persistent Cookies

These cookies remain on your device for a set period or until you delete them. They remember your preferences and settings for future visits.

4. Third-Party Cookies

These are the third-party services we actually use that may set cookies or use similar storage on your device:

  • Vercel — hosting, content delivery, and product analytics. Vercel Analytics is loaded only after you consent to analytics cookies.
  • iClosed — the demo booking widget on our site. Loaded only after you consent to functional cookies.
  • Stripe — payment processing and fraud prevention during checkout. These are essential to completing a purchase.
  • Google Firebase — authentication and session management on the dashboard at dashboard.ipzest.app. These are essential to keeping you signed in.

We do not use advertising, retargeting, or cross-site tracking cookies. Although the preference center includes a marketing category, we currently set no marketing cookies; the category exists so your choice is already recorded if that changes.

These third parties have their own privacy policies and cookie practices. We encourage you to review them. The full list of providers that process data on our behalf is in Privacy Policy §7.1.

5. Managing Your Cookie Preferences

5.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit our Service, you may see a cookie consent banner. You can accept all cookies, reject non-essential cookies, or customize your preferences.

5.2 Browser Settings

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can:

  • Block all cookies
  • Block third-party cookies only
  • Delete existing cookies
  • Set your browser to notify you when cookies are being set

Please note that blocking or deleting cookies may impact your ability to use certain features of our Service.

5.3 Browser-Specific Instructions

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Cookies and website data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions → Cookies and site data

5.4 Opt-Out Tools

You can opt out of certain third-party cookies using industry opt-out tools:

6. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that you do not want your online activity tracked. There is still no agreed standard for how DNT signals should be interpreted, and our Service does not respond to them.

We do honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out of all non-essential cookies — including analytics — and we will not set them unless you later opt in explicitly through the preference center. Because we do not sell or share personal information, no further opt-out is required.

7. Updates to This Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Cookie Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Cookie Policy periodically.
